Science is corrupt, like the rest of society. The mainstream media (& the so-called education system) unfairly, unscientifically promote whatever scientific theories the ruling class accepts and they suppress all other theories. The big bang theory is based on the assumption that the redshift from objects viewed through telescopes is due to the Doppler effect, in which the redshift is correlated with great distance and high velocity moving away. I believe there are about 3,000 galaxies whose light has a blue shift, indicating that they are moving toward us. So redshift does sometimes apparently indicate direction and velocity. But most of the time, it is likely due to the Compton effect, which is caused by ionization at the source. This is surely why quasars have high redshift and why many galaxies do as well. Halton Arp showed that many quasars are closely associated with galaxies, with bridges of matter connecting them. There is even one quasar that has been found to be directly in front of a galaxy. The quasar has a very high redshift, but the galaxy has a low redshift. This proves that the redshift is not primarily due to velocity or distance away. And that fact greatly undermines the big bang. There are much better models than the big bang, but the ruling class prefers that we not hear about them.
